Do they charge 10% now on every sale and also on the postage? I haven't sold anything in ages but swear it was never that much last time I did.

Yeah, 10% eBay, 5% PayPal.

If you offer returns and free postage they reduce the fees though I think, and most people pay over the odds for 'free postage' so you make your money back

The FVF does depend on what you are selling and how much for.. It goes down in steps and there are caps.

item for £17, they took 10% item for £45 they took 10% and also 10% of each amount of postage cost.

one was a steering wheel for a corsa, the other some handle bars for a mountain bike. i also sold a t4 interior grab handle, they took 10%

I just looked it up, yeah you're right its 10% on everything except cars!

There used to be different steps.. Wankers!

Is it 10% whether 'Buy It Now' or auction?
