My engine's feeling like a bag of bolts, I never take it into the red - I do rev it hard though never over 5.9k though - I keep it well oiled too, I don't know why its feeling so odd...
Would having too much oil cause a big problem? e.g. loss of power / slower acceleration?
Also how can I get access to my spark plugs I took my plastic cover off and found a plastic thing covering the plugs with alen key style bolts holding it down...
Anyone got any suggestions on whats up with my engine? or could it be to do with the transmission / clutch?
Feels really rough and pretty bad when I change gear.

Would look at the gearbox/transmission first. Undo the two allen bolts that hold the DIS module, then GENTALLY leaver it upwards off of the sparkplugs, pull it up square as possible using a screwdriver if necessary but B gental as they easily break and arent cheap. They the rest is like normal...

make sure u don't put to much oil in your engine it can blow/cause serious gasket/seal damage so yes it could cause loss of power,is your ecu light on?
