Just wondering if these are a north west and southern Scotland crisp as legend has it? Or widely available?
They are a good pub crisp, if not the best ever, unless you are davey lc that disagrees with everyone just because he feels he has to.

Can't say I've seen them, my local sells Lancashire crisps. They're made about 3 miles away and they're pretty good tbh

I can only imagine if it's like their warehouses in Snetterton I've been in
Let's face it Kettle is more premium than Walkers or other hight Street brands.
Oh and Kettle manufacture for other own brands in coffee shops and supermarkets.

We've got better than that, mostly Tyrrells and Pipers around the locals here; certainly the Kings Arms was doing Pipers last time i was in (they really need to bring back the bread and oil, was way better than any crisps with a pint).
Never heard of XL Cheese though

Haha I was trying to think of them but Burts and Kettle was best I could think of Pipers do a Biggleswade Chili flavour
And when they first opened they did a sweet bread with the bread & oils. Lush!
