MY Mate has an Atra 1,4 8v.
I'm servicing it later on, and i wanna know how much oil roughtly that an engine should have (in litres) i know checking the dipstick is what i should do, and i will do but it makes it much easier to estimate when to stop putting oil in if i know how much should be in there.

From memory the capacity is about 3.5 litres. Most oil cans these days have a rough measure on the side. Add about three litres to the engine then check the dipstick. Top-up to near the mark then run the engine for a minute or two to fill the filter canister, let it stand for the oil to drain back into the sump before re-checking and topping-up.
