My front bumper seems to be hanging down slightly. Only noticed it yesterday where there is a gap under the lights . Is this a common problem?

it will only hang down if someones knocked it, or its been in a crash and poorly repaired...

Mine did also, there was a missing screw. It was the left hand side as your look at the front.
