it was running corsa gsi gear box with one of the mounts cut/shut with one line of seam weld... amongst other probs
bloke reckoned it had £7,000 spent on it.. PMSL

-A/C will never work as there is not room for it all under the engine bay
-Speedo Problems are because most corsa have electrical Dash and can only read elc pulses from a elec tranducer. The gear box for the 2lt 16v gives off non elec pulses and uses a mech tranducer
-air bag will always work as its part of a differnt loom and is not played with when fitting the 2lt
-Rev counter will work as its all the same on 2lt and corsa's

Corsa GSi box will work fine
have u seen some on the mount u buy? there are not the best quality, and aslong as the mount works what it matter

The Gsi + 1.4 boxes can be the same. But they wont fit on a big block engine......

no its where is the aircon pump pipes and rad going to go?????
there no room for a rad fan never mind a aircon system......
and yes i do know as i had a 1.6 16v sport with aircon and had to take it off.....
