how do u do it?

do i need any other fixings?

do they lower the back more?

can i have harnesses off rear one?

1. My sparco front one just bolted to the top of the struts, the rear one i have from PVD bolts to the top of the dampers and is a bastard to fit as its very difficult to tighten the bolts back up once its on.

4. Not sure, i dont as it might bend the top of the dampers if i brake hard or have a crash.

putting the harnesses on the back one is dnagerous, you can only do this on specially designed roll cages

ahhhhhhhhh so feck

like my head screwed on anyway

cant get to the fixing points on the rear seat

only other place is on the c pillars
