on up and down gear changes when driving hard, what does it mean if anything.
im hoping its just clearing out a few carbon deposits!

1.4 16v done 86K too but runs like a dream
i haven't used n e oil BTW, last oil change was 4000 miles ago.

not good matey if its on gear changes only then its likely to be your oil valve stem seals, if it happens all the time its piston rings

i thought it was blue smoke on gear changes meant oil probs, mines deffo black grey cause my bro was follwing me.

it is only on gear changes, and i doubled checked my oil earlier on and it's the same as what it was one i did my oil change.
