I have been offered a 2.0ltr 16v engine from a J reg cav gsi. It has just over 100k on the clock and i've been offered the brakes and calipers too for my corsa. The car isn't on the road any more, something to do with the transform box or somethin. I've been asked to make an offer, any ideas?

It will be a transfer box, which will mean its a 4x4, which means you will need a new gearbox. I'd offer £200, but be prepared to pay up to £300. If he wants more point to the fact that you can easily buy a whole astra gte 16v for £400 with the same brakes etc with loads more you can sell also....
