I agree, I'm waiting for the 4-disc edition in November......as I did with Fellowship of the Ring.

I got the collectors edition of The Fellowship and watch all 5 hours of extra festures. I'll wait for TTT as well, but think I'm gonna have to rent it to tide me over!
