Sold some bloke a phone, i thought it was unblocked, he reckons its not and reckons he can't get it unblocked for some reason. What would happen if i just told him stick it up your ass, or do i need to refund once hes sent the phone back.

you thought it was unblocked. did you try to see if it was. if it was not unblocked then by rights he can ask for his money back

i've just told a bloke in manchester that he's a retard and can throw his carp video in the bin and leave me what feedback he whats, i reckon he is some pikey who really needs £4 
i won an auction and couldn't pay with cheque book so i asked if he accepts anything else and he just ignores that and keeps asking for a cheque.

if foz geniuinly knew for a fact it was unblocked how does the guy prove it wasnt. especially as the guy may of blocked it himself, or could even be lying to pull a fast one

its duel band phone, he reckons his vodaphone sim card wont go in it! I thought duel band was any network, my o2 sim worked fine!

no dual band means it will work abroard. it could well work on o2 but not on vodaphone. it may be locked to the o2 network

dual band just means it will work in europe and stuff but u need triband for usa or something its nothing to do with network locking

i remember when it wasnt o2 but it was bt cellnet and the rule was cellnet and vodaphone phones worked with either sim then orange and one to one.
ive had vodaphone sims in my o2 sim no problem. wot model phone is it?

Its a samsung, old thing, but worth abit for sum reason. told the tw@t to send it bac now. ill make the same money again, but ebay took 1% of the money i made. errrr

you can file a non paying bidder alert.then after 14 days you can reclaim your selling fees and say that the phone was faulty i do it all the time...if it is a old phone chances are that is locked to the o2 network.
