i held mine on for about 5mins. hasn't come off. altho my dad got impatient and ripped it off, cos he couldn't be bothered undoing the alley screws!!

luckily i had some spare sticky things...

i couldnt be bothered buying any new sticky pads, so i used silicone instead - that thing is never going to come of
