Scary Movie 3 once downloaded, dvd software, media player, quicktime and real player dont work SVCD2 format I think

In MPEG2 I have 1 file in EXT I have 1 and in SVCD I have 6 files.

that file should work in divx. if not then you'll need some different codecs.

just type vlc into google ,if not try vlc player
