Does anyone know if legally you have to illuminate the rear number plate or not? I cant remember...

Yes u do. in the day it wouldnt really matter, but at night its easy to spot!

Yeah, thought as much. Just been finishing off new bumpers for the car and couldnt be arsed with the light, but suppose I'll have to.
Mind you, most events are during the dy, so I could stick one in for MOT's

I get pulled by the Fuzz every 5 mins asking "Is it road legal" "Its awful loud" etc anyways, so it wont make much difference!
