Yes. Just read your Haynes manual, make sure you've got all the parts and tools that you'll need then follow the instructions...

make sure you clean all the crap off the hub and the caliper with a wire brush.

an impact driver might be useful to get the wee screw off that holds the disc to the hub

used impact driver + cleaned hub wiv wire brush
and the bastard caliper bolts r fuckin tight asa bastard but all done now
