go on msn site, and go forgot password, and then it asks u for u secrte question, and hopefully is u know that then ur alright, ive been hacked loads of times lol, got out of it tho easy mate :

It might just be being a cnut, i've had that happen before, waited a while and it's let me in, MSN is an arse!
You can save a copy of your contact list to your pc, you go to contacts on the menu bar in the main messenger window, the second from the bottom is the option "Save contact list..."
