i ordered some Plazma Dials a good 4 weeks ago and they sent me the wrong type for my corsa Gsi!!!!!
so i sent them back straight away and the guy at autotintdesign said the ones i need should be in stock in about 3 weeks! its been over 3 weeks now and i just called them now and they saying it gonna take a few weeks longer!
i was thinking wtf ive paid for them yet still have to wait longer!
im begining to think they are fcuking me around now!??
either their customer service is really shite or they are going down!
anybody else had any problems with them???

they r crap, had lots of problems when ordering a kit from them, took 16 weeks to turn up in the end, over priced, bad quality, poor customer service

I got my bodykit from them a while ago seemed ok when i was buying but when just enquiring i dunno seemed a bit useless haha

16 weeks for a kit to be delivered!!!!! thats way tooo long man!! but at least u got it in the end!
yea ive called them up twice now and its the same dopey sounding guy!!
really bad customer service, the guy sounded like he didnt know what the hell he was talking about!
if i knew they were this bad i would never of ordered from them!!
so advice to any of you thinking of ordering from Autotintdesign.com............DONT!

they are a middleman. Its not their fault but they should keep you informed as to whats going on.
As for the wrong part sent, well they should of double checked but we are all human.

ordered a rear spoiler for my gf s corsa c sxi they said a week for it to come .
That week passed so i phoned them cos i had booked the car in for spraying and fitting of the spoiler the week after.
They said no another couple of weeks so i said i had booked the car in they said you dont get a plumber until you have got your boiler do you!
So i waited and it came ,i went to pick it up he said its just arrived i said is it primed like you said he said no what do you want for £159 i was ready to mouth off but i have learnt my lesson i will never get any thing from them again
