Does anyone know someone who works at this shop?
I bought some locking wheel bolts on the 4th of October, had real problems locating some and this bloke told me that they had some that would fit. but, they didnt so on my day off i took the 10 mile drive back down there to either get a refund or change them for something else, so i decided i needed a steering wheel boss whis was the same price, they didnt have any in stock so they said they would order me up one and send it to me, i waited a week and hadnt heard anything so i gave him a ring, he said they had one come in but it wasnt for my car, so they had to call the supplier to see where it was (he said he would call me but didnt) so i called them a week later, he siad they were having problems with the supplier and are locating a new supplier (and he said he would call me back, but didnt) so i called another week later and he told me the same thing so i told him rather than pissing about could i just have a refund which would save my time and his, he said he couldnt authorise it cos the manager wasnt in. im a patient person but theres only a certain amount i can take.
what should i do now?

speak to trading standards. He i believe has to give you your money back as he has not provided you with any goods or services!

I ordered an induction kit from them, they strung me along for weeks telling obvious lies so I just asked for my money back and went to PVD.

Its alright, i dont like doing things over the phone, so im gonna go pay them a visit tomorrow! Its only £35 but its the priciple of the matter! I definately wont be using them no more.

spoke to the manager and he said that someone is bringing one up from brighton tomorrow, we will see when i call him tomorrow afternoon. if not im goin down on tuesday to get my money back.

Im gettin really pissed with these people now!! just called him up to see if the bloke brought it up and the bloke on the end of the fone didnt have a clue. I want my money back tomorrow or somebody is gettin hurt!
