Ive had some 17's with the right offset fitted to my Corsa, has anyone had any problems with them rubbing?
They told me they would be fine but they catch sometimes and passengers are a nono.
Is trimming the archs a must?

how do you know that they are the right offset? Do you actually know what the offset is? Who told you they are the "correct" offset?

The standard offset on most Vauxhall wheels is ET49. When changing for larger wheels, these tend to be wider. A slightly lower offset will therefore be needed. On smaller Vauxhalls, such as Nova and Corsa, it is imperative to stick with a minimum offset of ET45. For some other models this is less important.
