I agree but i like to change my cars every year.

The amount of threads about 106 gti's still bores me, it's got to be up there with "Can i fit a 2.0 litre engine in my 1.0 corsa and what work do i have to do?"

Most newer 1's ive seen come with leather n alcantara interior but the older 1's leave a bit to b desired

Saw a really nice sundance yellow 1 forsale recently. Y plate, Black leather n grey alcantara. Looked

I have cloth interior... seats are bucket shaped tho, and huggy

interior doesnt bother me, goes well nuff lol

Mines a 1999 T reg with leather, had it since August, love it.

Mods so far:

50mm GMC springs
Crystal rear lights
Alpine MP3 headunit

Planned:
Full stainless system and de-cat
colour coded front and rear bumper strips
306 GTI-6 rims or Anthracite speedline chronos
Bilstein shocks

lol, I'm 6ft and find it ok, people moan about the pedals being close together aswell but Ive got size 11's and I don't find it a problem. End of the day its a small lightweight hatch with 120bhp, it isn't gonna be that comfortable but its a lot of fun
