On a serious not does the CV need to include all this as if I was reading it I would get half way through and think blah blah blah...needs format changing so its easier to read...more structure!!

If you're applying for a job where past achievements and experience are essential, you'd be a prize turnip to leave them out.
Format's prob. not great because it's on a forum and not in Word.

The main point of a CV is to sell yourself, not list your date of birth.
Show the best grades, any work-related achievements any that are out of work where they're suitable (eg, winning an Olympic gold should really be on a CV...) but winning best un-dressed at Mean Street can probably be left off...
