I had two offences in one week, one for doing 37 in a 30 and one for going down a one way street the wrong way.
I sent off my license for the speeding offence but couldnt obviously for the other so i sent a letter saying that could the deadline be extended until i get my license back for the other offence, they sent a letter back saying that they had extended the deadline.
This was about 3 months ago and i havent heard ne thing since, now i know if they dont contact you in the first place for three months it becomes void, but is there a timescale involved if they just forget about it? i mean say in a years time if they dig out the papers and realise is hasnt been dealt with can they still enforce it?
