what do I do once Ive finnished Downloading on Bit torrent

Open file using winRAR then burn it to a CD

Anything else I need to do???

either burn the file in the rar file or use a cd drive emulator

should have a .cue file to go with the .bin file?

I think anyway

If not, can use an extracter to get the files from the .bin file

If there's a CUE file that came with the BIN file, then have a look at a program called Alcohol 120%

Along with many other kinds of compressed/ISO-style files, it burns CUE/BIN perfectly to CD...
