valver is usually the term for 16 valve engines 
puttin a 2.0 16v in a corsa is about as limited edition as u will get
u would then be referred to as havin a "valver"

people refer to 16v cars in different ways, and 2.0 16v are sometimes known as a valver or a red-top.

would get confusing though when you paint the plug-cover
