After having an accident about 5 months ago, the 3rd party solicitors arn't responding to my solicitors, so my solicitor wrote them a threating letter (court). and saturday morning just before xmas i get a letter (not from the 3rd party solicitors) but from bromley court telling me i have 14 days to reply. im like WTF!!! So i will be speaking to me solicitor this morning.
Thing is there are no witnesses and the 3rd party solicitors aren't even replying so surley this will get thrown out...wont it?
any advice when dealing with this matter?
