I lost cos from the skid marks the figured out I was exceeding the speed limit, altho they got it wrong  Lucky for me is all I'll say I got 4points kept my liscence got £150fine, had to pay court fee's aswell....!! That was it ....

I have been asked to fill out this court form. I dont understand it though cos she has hit me from the side there are no witnesses no skid marks infact the only evidence is the damage on her car and my car and an indeopendent assesor says it could be either persons fault. my solicitor has been dealing with it for a bout 5 months now so knows the case and has no idea how it has got to court. what makes me laugh is the fact that the woman didnt even realise that at the set of trafffic lights before the crash i was sat behind her she has no idea where i was and made up some bullshit that i came out of a side road
