Got the car through its MOT first time today It was the first MOT since the 2L went in so I was a bit worried...

FINALLY managed to convince the inspector that the engine was pre-1992 and my stupidly high emissions were ok Got a seperate certificate kinda thing too incase I ever get road-side emissions tested so I can confirm the engine without being banged-up on the spot

certificate sounds rather handy in case of a more stubborn traffic policeman

Bloody emisions! ive got to put my CAT back on for it next week.
Never mind it can then come back off for another year!
