Comes with full bodykit and tweaked version of 1.6 VTR unit, pushing out 125bhp. Will use a 5 speed manual rather than the sensodrive VTR system since it wont be able to cope with the extra power. will be between £12500 and £13500 w/o optional extras.

no the GT is the same engine as the VTR but lighter overall.

Oh, I can't imagine it selling very well... looks ridiculous IMO (mind, the VTR isn't that bad)

just rumours. Its gonna have 125bhp, which is lame TBH. Will get wasted by the new Corsa GSi. Citroen need to release a fast hot hatch, not these styled pieces of trash.

Very true they have to keep up with the 206 GTI180, the new Corsa turbo, Clio 182 and the rest.

failed before its even released. Im hoping that auto express got their facts wrong and comes with a whacking great supercharger Watch it fall to bits AT SPEED!

Ye, the CTR is still the best factory hot hatch out just now IMO

The C2 VTS will only be a 1.6 so you'd be expecting too much of it to be anywhere near the CTR.
