will changing my battery to a more powerfull do anything for my system.
i have sony head unit sony 220 watt front speakers and tweeters
200 watt 6x9's in the rear shelf
two 12" 750 watt sub running off 1400watt amp
will changing the battery or maybe putting a power cap in do anything?
i heard that a more powerful battery will stop lights dimming?

changing the batter would help a little, adding a CAP would help a lot...
A cap would give you a clearer more punchier bass response...
although changing the batt to a deep cycle audio rated batt would help even more, but these things aint that cheap...
I would do the CAP first, then the battery...

Err, no.
Uprated alternator is the first place to go. As this is a very expensive option most dont do it.
Second would be a battery. If your current battery is struggling to cope with the current electrical system, how is it going to cope with all that and the constant charging of a cap? Not good.
Alternator, Battery, Cap.
