In Jan/Feb I can 'earn' my bonus back and see hwo things go with me and my new 'roll' in the company.... SO more work, less CS But Pay rise in 6month review mayb in order

i was gonna leave mine , but manager persuded me to stay yesturday and they will premote me in feb/march time plus i didnt want to drive 40 miles to and from work everyfday at a cost of £25 there and back.
