Ive seen a gadget in pc world for about £30 that allows you to send pictures off your phone to pc via infrared. This device would save me a fortune, but the software its supplied with is on a 3 1/2 floppy disk. Can you get one that has a cd-rom with it?

Theres an ir adaptor on ebuyer for 15 quid includin delivery. Works with my 6100 and i'm sure it'll work with a 7250 aswell. The link to it is in another post from a couple of days ago.

If your phone's Bluetooth then pay another 5-10 quid and get a BT adapter.
So much cooler accessing the phone from your pocket without having to fiddle with wires or pointing it at a IrDA port.
