Yeah ok I know this should belong within Ice & Electrics, but hardly any1 replies in there so I'm putting it here...
I'm wondering what is the best powersupply I can use to power an amplifier from the mains, as am looking at upgrading the surround system on my tv

just get a 5 point surround dvd player or just the speakers

nah cos they dont always loop back the audio from a TV if your using another SCART input, or when using a console (my brother never gets his workin) & they can fek up sometimes!
the TV has 5.1 built in, but the supplied speakers are shite! I've already got an old 200W basstube from a car wired up to a heavy duuty 12v adaptor which gives me some bass, but just wana do something a bit better!
I got a 12" JBL Sub just staring at me doing nothing!
