After a very competitive selection process and avast number of interviews, assessment centres and days off Uni I have been offered a top job on a Graduate Finance Scheme with my first choice company Excellent starting salary and rapid career progression. So happy! Start Sept 2004

The position is within the telecoms sector working for the head office of a large group. They pay me through my Chartered Institute of Management Accountants professional qualification and then once qualified there is a very well structured career plan ie you should be at this level by 24, this level by 27, this level by 30.
