I'm currently looking into buying a new car and I've got my heart set on an '02 punto. Garage nearby is offering 0% finance on them so I'm definately going for it soon but I'm not sure which model only want a 1.2 as its only for running about to college work etc. Its a choice between a 1.2 active or pay £300 more and have an ELX 16v, all other features are pretty much the same, what do u reckon?

I love the orange colour, is the styling better on the active? Will there be a seriously noticeable difference in response etc between the active and the ELX?

I know what ur saying bout 3 door but always have a car full of people and climbing about is gettin majorly annoying. Cheers for your advice lads, I'm going across to have a look in the morning and maybe get a run out in them, will keep what you've said in mind.

Don't be lazy, or alternatively get the passenger to let them out the back seat

Sounds very tasty but T reg is older body style, I'm into the new body shape but not 53 reg cos they've got the crappy new lights on.

Don't like the new Puntos. They look a bit cheap !!! You could get a better car from Pound Land
