i got a microsoft bluetooth intellipoint keyboard and mouse but all of a sudden the mouse doesnt work anyomre

ive tryed reinstalling the dr iver but it wants the old 1 uninstalled first but i dunno how :S

mke sure its plugged in and ya havent knocked it out somehow...

replace the mouse with another one and see if u have probs with it if not take it back ask wht is the prob withit?

it IS pluged in, its just that the bluetooth wont pick it up, ill go look for another mouse

uninstall any software for the old device/current device in control panel/system. Reinstall it all.

if that fooks up use a proper keyboard/mouse

fixed it just a corrupt driver
