got mine fitted a few days ago, they are sooooo much better and pedal feel is fine.
used Dot 5.1 fluid and braided hoses, £200 kit from vtuning. Very pleased and wud reccomend it!!

Cheers for that mate i put a set on and dont like feel so braided hoses are going on then al try that fluid if i still dont like

do fluid at same time as hoses, then u can bleed it properly, fit the new hoses and refill, will be worth it.
Only trouble with em is i have to be careful, applying the same pressure as before stops wayyyy too fast lol.

no neefd for dot 5.1 brake fluid, its for track use only really, only advantage it has really is that it wont boil, dot 4 wont anyway! also it absorbs moisteure alot quicker than dot 4, so itll need replacing often!

I though dot5 was synthetic and DIDNT absorb water as much as Dot4?

dot 5 is the worst stuff you can get. dot 4 is perfectly fine for any road car. after all the discs get too hot before anything else does, i use dot 4

u get discs, pads and callipers. if u get the 308mmu get adaptors for the callipers but 288mm dont need em.
Calipers supplied are EXACTLY (model number identical) the same as on my dads 2003 Astra GSi turbo btw.
Yeah as tomas says dot 5 is synthetic fluid, it repels moisture and NEVER needs to be changed.

I didn't have to take the calper apart to fit them onto mine.
the hardest bit was changing the rear hoses - its a bit tight on the drivers side - had to take the brake bias valve off to get leverage on the nuts.
Cant fault the V6 set up though, I used Dot 4 Ferado fluid - no complaints (had to bleed it twice, first time with a machine didn't do a good job so re-bled the front brakes again and it sorted it).
They do lock up though - need to re-adjust your braking technique to use them efficiently.

I'm lookin at replacing my brakes soon....is there much difference between these, and 4pots? fir the price i mean £300 for these, £600 for 4pots, whats best to go for?

to be honest i wouldnt bother spending 600 quid on brakes. have 2l ones and they are more than sufficient, the v6 ones are just silly good, no corsa will ever need anything better than these.

Stamp your foot on some 4 pot calipers and you'll see where the extra hundreds go Also, 4 pots are usually about 1kg each. V6 calipers are about 10kg each!
I've got V6 brakes, and as soon as i can safly afford £700 on a set of 300mm brakes/calipers etc, im buying them 
Not for a few years yet though

Yup i dont know if i woulsd reccomend them without ABS tho, as as Mav says u may spend a lot of time locking up, they are damn good.

I used to have this problem. Not had 1 problem since the rear discs were fitted though.
