hi ive just fitted my calibra leather interior but ive got shitty grey door cards so really wanna get them black if posible.. ive been to scrap yards but they wont sell parts of the interior separatly.. i dont really fancy recovering them so wanna try and dye them or something.. any ideas on how i could do this baring in mind how big they are...

thanx kerry, i was gonna try that but then i thought itd go all hard and as its materially itd prob start peeling etc. i was trying to get hold of some spray dye but nowhere seemed to have it...

shoe polish? lol don't know how it would look, it just came to me from no where. as kerry says try it on a bit where u can't see it or similar fabric to the doorcard to practice on

buy some black material (like wat u use to cover sub boxes etc) and use that to cover the door cards.
just my 2p worth!

lol, thanx for ideas but i doubt shoe polish would be permanent and would prob rub of!! and i dnt fancy covering them coz id make a pigs ear of it!!

As far as I can tell, they already have fabric glued to the plastic card thing, so you might be able to strip it off to get to the plastic part which can be sprayed.

i was thinkin about this. im sure u could get some fabric dye and put in on with a brush. wont scrap yards let u take anything out of the interior, i was relyin on a scrapyard to get some door pocket things.

baza well most of the scrap yards round here will not separate the sportier models but the lesser ones they are more likely

save up and get em retrimmed in leather

covering them is a piece of piss mate, aslong as you get thin material, the thick stuff used for sub boxes ect aint that easy to use!! Cant believe the scappy wont just let you take random bits......i did!!!

do u think paintin dye on em will work?? i´m gettin some sport doorcards in the next couple of weeks anyways so im not rly botherd. do u think its possible to dye seats??
