Today, whilst having a look at posts on here i heard some kid screamin outside. I looked out my window to see my neighbor, whos about 3 or 4 years old being dragged across the grass by his dog. LOL . The dog was going for it as well, and the kid was still like, grabbin onto the lead !! my neighbor - his dad was running behind..... quality lol.

Why is the thought of a 4 year old child being swung around by a dog funny?

A lot of children every year a killed by dogs in this way.
