erm... OK.

I was out shopping in Watford, when i saw one of my mates over the other side of the shopping center.. (he didn't see me) so i thought it would be a great idea to sneak up on him and jump on his back

I ran up....jumped..... and he threw me over his back (the shopping center was PACKED) i landed very badley and was flat out on my back

My ankle hurt for ages after that, cos i tore 2 ligements(spelling) in my ankle
