can u remember last month when my car got vandilised well i found out who did it new years eve,got into a fight with him at 2 mins to midnite and missed the lot ,but a least me and me mate gid him a good kicking

to be honest if sum1 vandalised my car i know i wouldn't sit around and let them get away with it, if the police wudnt do anything then i'd probly do the same as he's done.. even though its not the right way to go about it

If the Evidence was there, then he would get arrested, end up going to court, and then get 20 hours cs. While doing this, it would cost the legal aid a fortune. He would NOT have to pay for the damage unless the judge ordered him too, which even if he did, It would be about 5 quid a week.
He would then walk out of court with a smile on his face.
Now to me, I see that as fuck all, thats my definition. I get no help, not one of the people invloved cares about my car, and 95% Im still out of pocket.
Is that really justice?
