this may sound stupid but i am trying to create a login form within access VBA and i do not have a clue on how to do it

all i want to do is to have a set username and a set password

i have asked my tutor and he has gave me the wrong code or the code i have put in is right but it wont work

if any1 can help me i will be very greatful
