iv resprayed a set ov alloysin silver wheel paint from halfords! but when u put the clear laquer on it goes quite abit darker!have i done somthing wrong or will it go lighter as it sets hard?? plz help

will take a few weeks to set hard yes it will ligthen up a little when set

are u sure? i aint dun the wheels with the laquer yet just 1 ov the centre caps as a test! do wheels need laquer?

no not the speedlines i dont have them any more coz i sold my corsa with them on! got a shitty little clio that im fixing up and the wheels were mancy so iv sprayed em
13" 3spokes

read the tin of laquer itll take quite a while for it to set
and yes do the wheels or theyll corrode when the paint chips

If you spray on a cold day it will o dull and flat too

yes laquer does change the colour slightly, this is why i tell people not too laquer glacier white or flame red cos it gives a poor colour match.
