Friend is having trouble with his 1.0 12v. it wont hold idle

i told him he was missing a cylinder

seriously though anyone have any ideas?

think he has changed the air flow sensor thats it .

It'll be the Idle Control Valve, take it off and give it a good clean out with carb cleaner.
