Nah they wont hurt you, you'll start to know if they do. They should be hitting anywhere in the region of 130-140dB which is pretty loud but many people run that kind of setup in a daily drive...

You dont make sense, are you on drugs? You go out and buy some subs and an amp and then you dont want them because you think they will be too loud for you? Im guessing you are a virgin bass-head who's never experienced sub 80hz sounds before

I ran 127.6db in my Escort, can still hear fine. It was louder when I changed the sub to a Vibe but I never had it pressure tested with that sub in.

Got these subs and can say my hearing is fine, but i dont run them at full whack all the time because it would be impossible to drive becasue its to loud and plus all the windows and mirrors shack and so do you eyeballs and so you cant see shit

From time to time i put my system up pretty high when im driving... Certain frequencies DO make your eyes shake.. It makes it very hard to drive, but tis very fun

I have had 143.3 outta my setup, and im now onto my second 15" JLW3, they aint cheap if you want to start blowing em up

a bloke in the states got 162.2dB running pretty much the same set up as me, i got 146dB. Dont get yer hopes up.

And yes, at some high volumes/frequencies, your eyes to shake, and i have, in the recent past, discovered some garage music which makes it hard to swallow whilst its up loud. Also can make u feel a little short of breath.
