Has the standard of done up corsa dropped?

over the last 18months i dont think ive seen one corsa that matches up the standards of C13, D5 or C4.

Has wild flip paints and leathes all gone out? or are these cars hiding? or is the corsa c has killed the decent car's?

for the corsa b all the radical ideas have been done! but await Beardys, Lee Mitchells and Rich S

For the corsa c theres not as much out there and its an odd shape to work with! give it a year or two and i expect there will be some mad corsa c's around

the mags say what is in fashion not a persons taste. the young mind is easily corrupted and from the style of cars you see lots of minds have been corrupted.

Have to agree with most others above, smoother more subtle kits seem to be now doing the rounds, and lotsa 2ltr's now that the price of getting one has dropped!!

Think you hit it on the head there Kris. Cos the corsa is gettin older and therefore cheaper, more and more younger people are buying them as a 1st car and not having all the cash to do the big mods.

Same as happened to the novas.

The standard has improved in general terms, ignoring personal preferences. The workmanship and number of one off mods is off the scale now. When you say we used to have cars like C13, D4 and D5 you have a point, but they were almost the only decent ones! These days people post everyday with crazy kitted cars fresh from the bodyshop. The amount of work being put in is off the scale compared to 18months ago when the Combat kit was still the order of the day. Now theres loads of motors with smooth arches, bumpers smoothed in, different arches, bumpers and lights of different cars etc.
