bought a pioneer 3500MP from an ice dealer in cardiff, about 3months ago. But now the connection between face off and unit seems to be a bit dodgy ,as the display sometimes stops working and the buttons stop working - until i wiggle it about a bit and give it a tap. Whats my best option? I'm assuming i'll have a 12month warranty with the product - it clearly is unsatisfactory. Anybody got opinion?

try cleaning the contacts on the head unit , if that doesnt work it will need repair or replacement.Speak to the place u bought it from as it is normal wear and tear and should last u many years
