....got a uni interview 2moro but i dont even want to start this septemeber. so i feel it is not worth spending the next 24hours solid sorting my work out 
is it worth taking a year out if you have better things to do?

Only if absoultely neccessary, if you take a year out and work full time it might be hard to go back when you have become used to having the dollars coming in.

i see what u mean but in summer sometime i will be buying a house and totally modernising it you see which is going to take months of my time, so i dont want to be sitting at uni thinking that i cant wait to get home and start my own work if you see what i mean.
i cud also do with a job to get some money in as i am jobless at the moment

i took a year out, was geat, worked full time for 11months of it, just did factory work, like fork lift truck iving etc. but it payed well, then i went away to brazil for a month before i started uni, loved it!

Uni's like students to take a year out now a days anyway so they're more mature to return to uni
