so my mate yesterday for first time in ages and hes drving is car with a tax disc dated 11/03 what would happen if police pulled him? hes got insurance and mot
Also hes not received a fine for the 80 pounds of dvla
???

depends how police are feelin when pulled..Might get on the spot fine or can be more serious.
Impound car
£1000 fine etc....

Tell him not to, there undercover camara vans that read ya reg and will tell the old bill you have no tax, they will be waiting down the road to pull you in.
They're plain vans too not bright painted ones like the police have

i still don't know why we pay such a high amount of road tax, infact why we even bother paying it with the roads in such a bad state that they are today 
if government had any sort of clue they would actually be putting the money INTO the roads instead of into there own back pocket!
