i am just stripping my head down off my 1600 16v corsa il eventually want to run 200 bhp i wiil be running throttle boddies and the bottom end will be lightened and balanced i need to know the best cams to run and will i have to uprate the springs and valves i want it the quickiest 1600 16v normally aspirated engine so i dont mind tweaking the whole head if i have to
any advice would be helpful

You'll be needing a big bank balance to be getting up to 200bhp+.
Try talking to SBD or QED, they'll both be able to provide cams to go with their TB's and appropriate management, rod bolts, valves, lifters etc.

Pistons, head work, solid lifters, clutch, flywheel.
If it's a road going car it's not going to be very fun to drive day to day.
But go for it

You wont be able to run any sort of decent cams if you plan on using it before you fit aftermarket managemnt and tb's.
You'll also need verniers, which you cant use with std management, and you'll need deeper valve pockets in your pistons.
If you want to the have the best you can you'll want some pretty wild cams and a solid top end.
You'd need steel rods and forged high comp pistons to go with that spec though.
