Questions I asked at a recent interview...

1) Where does the future hold for the Technology side of the business and how are external developers involved within projects?

2) What are the opportunities for studying towards professional qualifications, such as Cisco or Microsoft certificates? (1st)

3) Is working in a foreign country a possibility? (2nd)

4) When would I expect my first experience of management?

5) What would a typical week look like within the Graduate Training Program?

6) If I am successful today, what is involved during the rest of the interview process? (3rd)

7) Based on what we've talked about today, I feel good about the position. Do you have any concerns about my ability to do the job?"

I had one with axa, they ask you about previous experiences, and what things you have done to make a impact somewhere. Go with the flow, you can't really prepare.

Q7 is meant to be a good one to ask -- means you get a chance to defend yourself before they make a decision...
